As a Voluntary Controlled Church of England School, we follow the Essex Agreed Syllabus for the teaching of RE.
We are very lucky to have strong links with St George's Church in the village and aim to ensure our pupils get to know the church well both as part of their studies and through whole school services throughout the year.
The new Essex Agreed Syllabus will be taught from September 2023. In the meantime, we follow the Xplore Syllabus and include elements of the Understanding Christianity resource.
